Where Village Life Blooms
Nestled in the heart of Pustaka Gramam — Kerala's first and India's second "Book Village" — KoKo is more than just a farm; it is a bridge to our roots.
Kochattan, a symbol of the older generation who lives in harmony with nature, is your guide to this timeless world. He is a storehouse of local knowledge, traditions, and the simple joys of village life. Through his eyes, you'll see a world where every tree has a story and every path leads to a memory.
Our vision is to recreate the authentic soul of a Kerala village: a mud hut with a thatched roof, cow-dung-polished floors, and a kitchen echoing with the rhythmic sounds of the attukallu and arakallu. It's a place where children can rediscover traditional games and adults can find a quiet pause from the rush of modern life.
